It's that time of year again (sort of) when nature is at its most accessible, although I do love it the whole year round!  I made a brief meditation for you to do outside ideally, but it's totally up to you where you choose to practice. What is more important is noticing how it feels within your body, and what your response is. 

It's designed to help you be still, acknowledge your thoughts,  let them pass, and connect with nature.  I hope you enjoy it!
