Sounds of The Sea

Every now and again, I think it’s essential that we take the time to stop and connect with the sounds around us.

In this short meditation, I invite you to listen to and connect with the sounds of the sea. As you listen to the waves, breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Allowing yourself to be in this moment of connection, pay attention to any thoughts or other sounds that come to you. Let them pass before coming back to the sand and the sounds of the waves.

As you open your eyes, remember that you can come back to this at any time.
