On this rainy day in Walt Disney World, we're headed to the UK Pavilion in Epcot Center for a bite to eat at the Rose & Crown Pub. We’ve got a nice, relatively sheltered spot just outside the pub where we can sit and relax while we wait for our table. Then we’ll head onto the pub’s patio for a bite to eat and a little more cover.

Whether you're in the mood for some mushy peas, a shepherd’s pie, a pint or just a cuppa, take some time to sit back and let yourself unwind. A rainy day spent here really is more magical than all the blue skies and sunshine we could find elsewhere.

For more than 30 years, Splash Mountain has been inviting guests of all ages to embrace their sense of adventure and join Br'er Rabbit on his journey to find his "laughing place!"

For those of us who have a special place in our hearts for this classic Magic Kingdom attraction, this is a bittersweet goodbye. Splash Mountain will soon begin its transformation into Tiana's Bayou Adventure. But, before we say farewell, we invite you to join us for one final plunge down Chick-A-Pin Hill! Together, we'll soak in the magic and the memories that have brought joy to so many visitors. Your experience today will begin with the attraction's area and queue music - fittingly set in a southern rural theme and designed to put you in a playful, upbeat, and adventurous mood as you await the ride.

Harmonious, the breathtaking nighttime spectacular at Epcot in Walt Disney World, is a celebration of music and its ability to bring people together from all corners of the world. First we're treated to a pre-show suite of international songs that are upbeat and representative of Epcot's World Showcase pavilions. Then, as the lights go down and the flames surrounding the World Showcase Lagoon are extinguished, the air is filled with an ethereal symphony of voices. And we're on our way!

Tucked away in Disneyland's New Orleans Square, the Haunted Mansion has been decorated for the Christmas season, but Jack Skellington and the residents of Halloweentown couldn’t resist putting a ~ sinister ~ twist on all the holiday cheer. Instead of visions of sugar plums dancing in our heads, the 999 happy haunts have awoken for a holly jolly, swinging wake. Some might even refer ti it as...a Nightmare Before Christmas.

One of my favorite things about the Haunted Mansion's Nightmare Before Christmas overlay is actually found outside the Mansion! Unsurprisingly, maybe, it's the queue music and ambient sounds of the surrounding area. And I'm happy to say that I've included that too, on the tail end of the podcast, in case you want to hang out in the space after our tour.

It’s the merriest time of year at the Happiest Place on Earth, including here in Cars Land at Disney California Adventure! The Haul-idays are Here in Radiator Springs, and the cutest little town in Carburetor County has revved up the whimsy and fun for the occasion. All along Route 66, tail lights are strung up on traffic cone Christmas trees, white-wall tires are adorned with bows and hung up like wreaths on garlands of air filters! Crescent wrench snowflakes sparkle in the neon lights of Flo’s Café and the Cozy Cone Motel, where tasty treats are being served up to hungry holiday travelers.

The haul-iday season in Cars Land is fantastically cheesy, and nostalgic and playful and everything we all hope that we’ll find, experience, and remember each time Christmas comes to town. And being Here in this quaint little tumbleweed town is right up our alley!

Walt Disney World is quite the spectacle during the Christmas season! Every hall is decked and every tree is trimmed to perfection. The spirit of the season is alive in every space and around every corner. Over at Disney Springs, the frenzy of finding the perfect gift is in full swing. But even Here, Disney helps us find and feel the Magic of the season. One of my favorite places to be is Disney’s Days of Christmas store; a holiday headquarters every day of the year! Rows and rows of ornaments and stockings, nutcrackers and cuddly characters line shelves and sit beneath a massive Christmas tree that seems to be growing through the roof! A medley of classic holiday songs plays throughout the entire shop, where every wall depicts a different, Disney-fied take on the 12 Days of Christmas song. Let’s go shopping!
