The Joker has been released from Arkham Asylum and two-bit hood Jonny Frost sees his opportunity to finally make something of himself by picking him up after Joker walked out a free man. We watch as the Joker attempts to reclaim his piece of the Gotham crime empire while Jonny stays at his side. But Jonny soon realizes making friends with the Joker may possibly be as insane as it sounds.
