Caitlin Rooskrantz saw herself going to the Olympics from a very young age, even though she didn't grow up seeing a lot of South African gymnasts competing at the highest levels on TV. But her vision never wavered. She joins Better Late to talk about her journey to earning a spot for the Tokyo Olympics while overcoming years of injuries and setbacks leading up to the 2019 Worlds in Stuttgart. Caitlin shares her experiences training through a global pandemic and how she adapted to virtual and in-home training, how she considers and trains new skills, and what it means to break sports barriers in South Africa.
