Millions of South Africans will today cast their ballots in one of the country's most crucial elections. Three decades on, since the advent of a non-racial democracy in 1994, citizens will once again vote in a historic election. This election comes amid several polls suggesting the ANC will dip well below the 50% mark and face the possibility of losing power for the first time since taking control of government.
