On Monday 6, 2025 I was conducting a routine patrol during my grave yard shift in the area between Beech Street and Pine Street, when I observed Suspect/Arrestee Zeigler Brian (Redacted) disregarded at stop sign at Oak Street. I then started to follow the Vehicle (Black 2020 Chevrolet Malibu) with Arkansas Plates (AET02U) and then soon attempted to conduct a traffic stop with the vehicle when the vehicle stopped at the stop sign at 3rd of Oak. At this time while the vehicle was stopping the driver Mr. Zeigler had plenty of time to notice the police was trying to conduct a traffic stop with blue lights indicating to pull over some were safe.Mr. Zeigler stated that he never even notices me behind him until we both made it to the area of the Cap Gates Rodeo Arena on Maple Street of East 3rd Avenue. I finally get Mr. Zeigler pulled over at the corner of Maple Street of East 3rd Avenue. As I approach the vehicle from the driver’s side to make contact with Mr. Zeigler, I observed an empty orange pill bottle laying in the middle console that was prescribe to Mr. Zeigler that was for Blood Pressure. Mr. Zeigler did inform me that it was medication for his Blood Pressure. I then asked for Mr. Zeigler drivers’ information and while waiting to receive the documents, I sense an odor of Alcohol from Mr. Zeigler especially when Officer Terrell was on scene to conduct a Field Sobriety Test for Mr. Zeigler. Mr. Zeigler admitted to drinking an alcoholic beverage at a party Mr. Zeigler attended. The Field Sobriety test was conducted by Officer Terrell including; the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, One-leg stand test, and Walk-and-turn test. During each test there were at least five or more clues indicating that Mr. Zeigler might be above the legal alcohol consumption limit.Crossett Police Department to performed a Breath Test on the Breathalyzer Instrument. Mr. Zeigler did submit to our test that was given by Operator Officer Grier. Mr. Zeigler was above legal limit with final results of .204 with also taking medication that might have cause some drowsy difficulties to Mr. Zeigler. Mr. Zeigler admitted that he also took one Amlodipine 5MG TAB thirty minutes prior to officers traffic stop.Mr. Zeigler Charges are as followed:5-65-103 DWI27-51-104 Carless/Prohib Driving27-51-601 Disobeyed Stop Sign

At 6:25 pm Monticello Arkansas Fire Department was paged out to an abandoned trailer fire behind a house on E Bolling Ave.

Dispatch advised responding firefighters that the trailer was abandoned per callers.

On March 10, 2026, at 12:16 pm, I was sitting stationary on State Highway 9 South of Holly Springs. I observed a white pickup truck approaching me. I could clearly see the driver was not wearing a seatbelt and conducted a traffic stop with the vehicle as it passed by.I made contact with the driver, Scott Braswell, told him the reason for the stop. Braswell handed me an Arkansas ID card. I ran his information through ACIC. The rest of this is redacted. I returned to the vehicle and placed Mr. Braswell into custody for driving on a suspend license.I returned to the vehicle and began doing an inventory for towing purposes. Mr. Braswell had just left the store where he purchased a Dr. Pepper and some chicken strips. I grabbed the Dr. Pepper can and had him bring it with him. Inside of the can (drink was 80% full) I could see a plastic baggie floating. Inside of the bag was a crystal-like substance consistent with methamphetamine.The Dr. Pepper can was emptied, and the baggie and its contents were seized as evidence. Inside of a lunch box, I located a cut piece of a straw used for snorting narcotics. It was seized as well.Mr. Braswell was informed of the substance found floating in his drink. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine), driving on a suspended license, and no seatbelt.He was transported to the Dallas County Sheriff's Office and held pending a first appearance. The three warrants were left active by their respective agencies.This case and its evidence were transferred to Sgt. Jordan Ables with the Dallas County Sheriff's Office for further investigation.The baggie of methamphetamine weighed approximately 1.5 grams.The vehicle was towed by OTM Towing.

In this video you will hear a Desha county Arkansas sheriff deputy get paged out to a call of a women slumped overIn this short you will hear a Desha County Arkansas 911 dispatcher ask for a sheriff deputy to 10-19 to the area in Tillar Arkansas off of US HWY 65 coming out of Tillar Arkansas where a group of house by the HWY dispatcher got a very vauge description of a lady in a car in a hot pink jump suit slumped over looks to be unconscious no additional information.Then the deputy says 10-4 county said that would be in Tillar Arkansas dispatcher respondes with 10-4 going to be closer to HWY heading out of Tillar Arkansas towards Winchester Arkansas. The deputy tells the dispatcher 10-4 county that he would be 10-19 from the area of Brent St in Dumas Arkansas.
