Our faith needs to be focused on Jesus Christ and what He can do in our lives.

We need to trust God even when things are difficult.

God is using our trials to make us stronger and more like Jesus.

The book of Judges tells the stories of the Israelites' failures and their eventual deliverance by God.

Gideon was a man who was afraid and unqualified, but God called him to lead the Israelites against the Midianites.

God pruned Gideon's life, removing the things that were holding him back.

When Gideon was filled with the Holy Spirit, he was able to lead the Israelites to victory.

God wants the best for us, and he will use us to accomplish his purposes if we are willing to follow him.

We can grow in our faith and become fruitful by being filled with the Holy Spirit and allowing God to prune our lives.
