Carlos has met and discussed Veteran policies with Washington's politicians (such as Bernie Sanders and Senator Tammy Duckworth to name a few) in hopes of shedding some much needed light and awareness to a bismal Veteran treatment, lack of resources and care. He also has his MA in Community Psychology from DePaul University, Chicago.
