I caught up Jenna and Arron Clark co founders of  SurFebruary which is a fun annual event in February, where participants raise money for cancer research by catching a wave or getting in the water every day – rain, hail or shine.

After co-founder Jenna-Lea Clark survived a life-changing cancer diagnosis at the age of  28, she and husband Arron teamed up with their mates Mike Durante and Krista Huebner.  

The four share a passion for giving back and a deep love for the transformative benefits of the ocean. In 2018, they decided to combine the two and SurFebruary was born!

I caught up with Dez and Flick from South Coast Skateboards.

Dez is a surfer through and through who started South Coast Skateboards to give back to the skating community. This is a family business, owned and operated in the Wollongong area on the South Coast of NSW, Australia.

The purpose of the business is to give back to the skateboarding community and support the development of the incredibly talented riders and help them accomplish their dreams.

Adam suffered a heart attack at the young age of 39 whilst he was in the surf. He was told he would be on meds for the rest of his life.
He decided to prove the doctors wrong by changing his diet to 100 % plant based. 

He even went as far as to training and  finishing an Ironman. Adam shares his plant based journey to creating 'I Feel Good'.
