To have Jesus at the centre of our life is very different to what the world says is good, but it is the only worthwhile way to live.

Jesus’ resurrection is something too good to be true, that is in fact true.

Through his death Jesus offers us an incredible undeserved gift – life in paradise with him.

Jesus is the light of the world. His light shows us the truth that we need him and leads us to life.

We and Satan might think of all the reasons we are disqualified to serve, but Jesus qualifies us for service that points to him.

We truly find and enjoy our humanity when we look up to God, rather than looking in at ourselves.

The work of the Spirit is to richly gift the people of God that they might serve the common good of the church.

Following Jesus means walking the narrow path and building your life on his words. We must make sure we are genuinely following him, and not mistaken about our relationship to him.

Waiting on God is living on what I know to be true about God when I don’t know what is true about my life.
