As we are reintroduced to the "fool" in the book of Proverbs, we are given some instructions on how to deal with them. We are told to answer them in one certain situation, and then told not do certain things for them, so as to put them in a place that the Lord can work in their heart.

How did people in the Old Testament get saved or how did they become justified before a thrice holy God. We see some wonderful truths in Romans 4, that help is to see that it was by faith!

As we begin to see all the signs of Christmas approaching around us, we look at Luke 2, to see what signs were present when the first Christmas was about to take place.

This portion of Scripture begins with a conditional word and then ends with a command to be thankful. If these certain conditions are met and implemented then the only result in our life will to be thankful.

There are some people that we simply find difficult to deal with and understand. The opposite is also true, there are people who find us difficult to deal with. In Proverbs 25, we see three people that are difficult to deal with, but we also see exactly how we should deal with these people biblically.

What seems like a rather peaceful service in the temple, is quickly interrupted, when the scribes and Pharisees bring in a women, who was apprehended in the very act of adultery. They cast her in the midst of the temple, in front of the Lord and seek to stone her and accuse the Lord of wrong doing as well.

As we conclude the third chapter of Romans, we are shown that all the world is guilty before God. Thankfully though, God isn't just our judge, and the jury, but He is also our justifier too!

A simile is a literary device that is used to compare two things using the words "like" or "as". As we look at some sanctified similes in Proverbs 25, we learn the value of words that are "fitly spoken".

As we read Romans 3, we are shown that all of mankind has been indicted and found guilty before a thrice holy God. However, before we even make it to the list of indictments, we find out that there are no exemptions to this guilt.
