When was the last time you really listened to someone--without thinking about what to say next, or glancing at your phone, or interrupting to offer your opinion? Why would you? We’re taught to speak up, speak out, use our voice, say what we think, share from the heart. And we do. What we don’t do is listen. And no one is listening to us either. Does what anyone has to say matter if no one is listening to anyone but themselves? How would we change if we even wanted to?
