It was an absolute honor and pleasure speaking to the talented Ken Kirzinger. Portraying as Jason Voorhees in Freddy vs Jason (2003) has put this gentleman at the top of my list. Not only did he portray as one of our favorite, lovable, and iconic horror characters, he is associated with some of horror's most notable movies: The Cabin in the Woods, Dreamcatcher, 13 Ghosts, Bad Moon, and Watchers. With such an impressive resume' as a stunt actor, it's no wonder he is widely known and popular at conventions. And again, another individual who is now a legend in my opinion for acting as Jason Voorhees.
Fun Fact: Ken is the tallest actor to play Jason Voorhees (at a towering 6 foot, 6 inches; one inch taller than Derek Mears).
Veronica, unquestionably, without a doubt, is a legendary actress. Her performance in Ridley Scott's Alien from 1978 is one of THE best performances in the movie because she used her talent to develop her character, Lambert, seemingly making her volatile and persistent. She was the conscious of the crew and yet no one listened to her...
However, the interview is great! Veronica is very awesome and amazing and I loved every single second of our conversation. From her telling some secrets from the movie to her upcoming role in Gotham Knights Television Series where she gets to act as a villain. And I could tell that she is very excited for that role.
In this interview, I had the prestigious honor to speaking to Mr. Brad Loree who acted as Michael Myers in Halloween: Resurrection from 2002. Despite how many critics did not like this movie because it deviated from the main franchise, such as Halloween 3, it was still pretty damn successful. Adding the younger generation (instead of the old school actors), director Rick Rosenthal thought it would be a great idea to introduce the silent killer to the younger audience.
Addition, I would love to personally thank Brad Loree for agreeing to do this interview. Considering that he is disabled and has been suffering from his disability, he still was able to do the interview and now I have a lot more respect for him. Anyone who get the chance to portray Michael Myers is unquestionably, without a doubt a legend in my book of horror.
He talks about some behind the scenes secrets of the movie and how the younger generation actors were actually afraid of him. Essentially, Bianca Kajlich (Sara Moyer) had to walk the entire set with Brad just to feel at ease with him.
Overall, Brad is such an amazing guy and I hope that he gets a lot better before he gets any worse. Anyone who is a Michael Myers junkie such as me will have much respect for this guy!
I had the esteemed honor and pleasure of speaking to the very impressive and spectacular Stacey Nelkin who portrayed 'Ellie Grimbridge' in John Carpenter's Halloween III: Season of the Witch. She spoke of her role and how she was excited to act in the movie (even though she is not a fan of horror) but still she performed exceptionally well. She also gave away some behind the scenes secrets of the special effects in her death scene (which was really cool to hear, by the way) and there is nothing better than practical special effects.
Currently, Stacey is working as a substance abuse professional and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) helping those who are suffering from mental illnesses, giving back to the community and exhibiting as a role model. And for that, I have a lot more respect for her. Stacey is also a successful author for the book, "You Can't Afford to Break Up: How an Empty Wallet and a Dirty Mind Can Save Your Relationship" published in 2009.
Overall, great interview and make sure to check out her short scene in Scott Goldberg's "The Forest Hills" where she worked alongside the infamous Shelley Duvall, Dee Wallace, and Edward Furlong.
What can I say about Ryan Lambert except he is one of the coolest individuals that I have interviewed. He portrays "Rudy", the heart throb 15 year old that rides a blue banana seat bike to get around instead of a motorcycle. And yet, he was able to pull that off with ease!
In this interview, we discuss how he was chosen for the role of 'Rudy' and some of behind the scenes secrets of this awesome cult hit, 35 years and still going strong on the convention circuit! Fans from around the globe still flock to the cast if there is a Q&A at a convention. It's amazing how after three decades this movie still has a positive impact on the horror community. I still watch it from time to time just to have that memory relive in my head how awesome The Monster Squad is. It's definitely a golden ticket to the box office. If you have not seen The Monster Squad, I highly suggest that you do. Also, if you want to introduce your young ones to horror, The Monster Squad would be the perfect movie to start with, no questions asked.
Furthermore, Ryan Lambert stars in a new movie called 'The Demons Within" alongside Spencer Martinez (whom I interviewed just a few weeks back. Make sure to check him out as Bishop Lugari in this new age exorcism movie. Keep an eye out on social media for it's release date and make sure to follow Ryan Lambert on social media (predominately on Instagram) and the director, Stephanie Hensley.
** DISCLAIMER ** There are some inaudible parts in the interview due to the lag Ryan was experiencing on his end
Had the esteemed pleasure to speaking to L.C. Holt who starred in the home-invasion movie, "You're Next" - he expressed how much fun he had while filming this movie. Who doesn't have a little fun while shooting a horror movie? Especially when it involves using weapons and breaking stuff... L.C. Holt also starred in the found-footage film, "V/H/S 2" as Kyle (segment "Tape 49"). So this guy has a taste for horror and I love it!
Be sure to check out his upcoming films: Phantom Fun-World as The Phantom alongside Spencer Madison & Butcher's Bluff as AJ alongside William Instone.

In this awesome interview, I spoke to Charles Baker who portrayed Blake Sherman, Jr in the movie "Splinter" where he was the first character introduced in the movie to be the first human victim. He said that when he auditioned for the role, he brought his famous "I Love Bikinis" hat which landed him the part. Also, even though he died at the beginning of the movie, he also took part in playing the monster/creature in several scenes and he said he had an absolute blast doing that!
There are also some special effect secrets he delved into while filming "Splinter".
Mr. Baker is an all-around awesome actor, one of my favorites! He even provided a small line from when he played "Skinny Pete" from AMC's Breaking Bad, that was most excellent! Be sure to check him out in the low-budget independent film, "Fright Flick" where available.
I had the esteemed pleasure and honor to speak to Ms. Laura Taylor who portrays 'Parish' in the new movie "Mold" (2022). Laura has a very interesting background in which she has been since she was a teenager.
We discussed her role in the movie and how she was not chosen for the role immediately but asked by the director on a whim. It's great how something like that works out for the actor!
Mold is now available for watching on Amazon (pay to watch). Please check it out and support Ms. Taylor in her phenomenal role!
Synopsis: There is a mold that seems to be alive and it infects people creating elaborate monsters from them. This mold infects an entire apartment complex as the people in the complex try to escape.
In this interview I talk to Jill Larson who portrays "Deborah Logan" the main antagonist in the movie, "The Taking of Deborah Logan" and we discuss how much fun it was for her and the crew to film this movie. Although it is supposed to take place in Virginia. the movie was actually filmed in South Carolina. We also got in a personal level regarding Alzheimer's Disease and how much of an impact it can have on someone's life and/or family.
Jill Larson is such a sweet and fun person to to talk to and with her very impressive acting resume' and skills, I am sure that she will star in many more movies to come. Even though she is not a big fan of the horror genre, she stated that she still enjoys acting and how much she loves connecting with horror fans on a global scale.
Be sure to check out her new movie, "Becky Unleashed" - a direct sequel to the horror movie "Becky" and other films listed on IMDb.
Killer Klowns from Outer Space is still one of my favorite cult-classic/comedy horror movies from the 1980s! It was such an honor to speak to Mr. Grant Cramer who portrays the lead male role, Mike Tobacco in the awesome movie. We discussed his role and how much he had fun filming it in various locations in California. He also stated that most of the "space ship" scenes were filmed in a warehouse and it was like a playground. Most of the backgrounds inside the "space ship" were matte' paintings. How cool is that?!?
There was supposed to be a sequel but it was kabashed for undisclosed reasons. But if there ever was a sequel, I would have loved to have seen it! All around, Grant is an awesome guy with a great personality, I really enjoyed this interview and it's going to be another one cherished for the ages.
