Impeached South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has been formally indicted with charges of leading and insurrection, over his botched martial law decree last December. Andrea Heng and Hairianto Diman ask Joseph Siracusa, Professor of Global Futures at Curtin University, how far Mr Yoon's power and influence stretches, and if his non-cooperative strategy has worked in his favour in avoiding jail time.
