  • You're Making Money, So Now What??

You’ve been hustling, doing all the things, giving up your time, sacrificing to get to the level where you’re making money online.

    So, now what??

Are you catching up on debts?  Blowing it all like you’re at the craps table in Vegas?  Or are you paying for groceries?  Finally affording your electric bill?

Whatever, your situation is - if you are making money, then you need to listen up!

I was just chatting with a sweet friend the other day and she was telling me that she was killing it in her company. She’s since sold that book of business, but while she was doing so well, she admitted to me that she did all the things she thought she was supposed to do - buy a bigger house, buy a better car, things, things, things.  And guess what?  She doesn’t have anything to show for it.  Those are her words, not mine.  It’s so tempting to fall in that saying, “keeping up with the Joneses.”

But, how do you not fall into that trap?  Listen in to learn more...

  • Translating Money Talk Is Like Learning A New Language

One of the things that both Brett and I wish our parents had done was put us in a foreign language class.  Now we have our daughter learning Spanish.  So easy for her, but a little difficult  for me. 😁

Want to know what else is like a foreign language? Money talk.

When  a financial advisor get going on things like asset allocation,  diversification, Alpha, Beta, standard deviation, and so on. You probably look like a deer in headlights. Personally, I take a nap,  because its kind of a snooze fest.

Any good coach will help and teach you, but in your own words. It doesn’t matter what they  are coaching you on. The best teachers in the world engage with you, not  talk at you.

Want to know how to translate money & finances?  Listen in…  🎧

  • Your Money Plan Is Designed To Fail

Can an HOA and the Internet affect your Financial Plan?  Yep...

I wanted to share an interesting definition that is now imperative to include into your financial planning.

It’s called Planned Obsolescence.  So, what the cheese curds is planned obsolescence?

A more formal definition that I found states, PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE describes a strategy of deliberately ensuring that the current version of a given product will become out of date or useless within a known time period. This proactive move guarantees that consumers will seek replacements in the future, thus bolstering demand.

In its simplest form, it means that things are made to break.

How will this affect your savings?  Tune in and find out.

  • Why I Became A Financial Advisor

Every super hero has an origin story...

So, I can hear you laughing right now, but have you ever seen me and Wonder Woman in the same room, at the same time?  Just sayin'

But, I really am a superhero - with money.

A financial advisor is someone who helps you discover the great truths about your financial life that you need to know and don’t.

A great financial advisor will put aside any product bias and find the tools that are the best fit for you and your family.

I became a financial advisor because I saw the gap in the market of women needing a financial education and money coaching.    I am so blessed to be in the business of doing well by doing good.  And ultimately doing right by my clients.

  • The Money Funnel

We've all heard about funnels in the online space, right?  This is what online business people use to grab people's attention and then filter them down to sell them a product, service or whatever.

We all are familiar with the concept and mostly how to use them.  Some of us more than others.  Ha!

So, let's take that familiar concept and change the conversation to money.  Cause in my little online world, its all about the Benjamins, baby.

Normally, You start at the bottom of a funnel or pyramid, working your way up.  and that holds true with money too.  I'm a poet and didn't even know it.  No more rhymes, I mean it!  Anybody want a peanut?!?!

But guess what?  You're doing it all wrong.  Tune in to learn how to make the change!
