  • 48. The Crumbling Into New Identity

    ABOUT THIS PODCAST

    TRANSMISSION ONE — THE CRUMBLING
When the Identity That Built It Can No Longer Carry It

What if the crumbling isn’t evidence that you’ve failed?

What if the business, vision, relationship, way of working or version of you that no longer feels sustainable has simply reached the edge of what it was built to carry?

In this first transmission, I share a deeply personal reflection after rediscovering an article I wrote seven years ago, when I was a new mother building my first online business.

That business lasted less than a year.

    There was burnout.
    Exhaustion.
    Resistance.
    Overthinking.
    And eventually, an ending.

But seven years later, I can see that what ended wasn’t simply a business.

    An identity was crumbling.

The woman who knew how to push, carry, prove, achieve and keep going had taken me as far as she could. The next chapter required a different relationship with growth, leadership, receiving, capacity—and myself.

In The Crumbling, we explore the vulnerable space where the old identity no longer has authority, but the new identity has not yet fully taken form.

Perhaps this space isn’t asking you to rush into rebuilding.

    Perhaps it is creating room.

Room to grieve what is complete.

Room to honour the woman who carried you here.

Room to stop forcing yourself back into an identity you have already outgrown.

Room for the woman you are becoming to emerge.

The version of you who got you here does not have to be the version of you who takes you forward.

If you recognise yourself in this transmission, The Crossing is the space to move through this threshold with me from what can no longer carry you into the space of what is becoming possible.

  • 47: When Nervous System Work Backfires

The Nervous System Is a Record, Not a Malfunction

In this episode, Lilian explores a foundational reframe: your nervous system is not a machine that has developed a fault. It is a living record of what you have lived through and of everything you had to do to survive it.

Hypervigilance, shutdown, bracing, over-functioning, and the need to control were not random failures. They were once intelligent protective responses. The work, then, is not about fixing a broken system. It is about meeting the body with enough understanding to recognise what it has been carrying and protecting.

Lilian shares that the measure of nervous system work is not how calm you can remain at all times. It is:

    • How much you can feel while remaining present.
    • How quickly you can return after activation.
    • How many states are available to you.
    • How much choice you have within those states.

Five Ways Nervous System Work Can Backfire

    1. Using regulation as another form of control

Regulation can become another demand we place on ourselves: calm down, get back to baseline, be acceptable again. When the body is forced to settle, it may experience the very work meant to support it as another form of management.

Instead of asking, How do I make this go away?

Lilian invites the question: What is my body doing right now, and why does that make sense?

    2. Opening faster than the container can hold

A powerful emotional release can feel like a breakthrough in the moment, yet be followed by flatness, irritability, exhaustion, or deeper shutdown days later. This does not mean someone has failed. It may simply mean the system opened beyond its current capacity to integrate.

Lasting change is not always dramatic. Often, it is built through slow, repeated exposure held by rest, safety, and enough time for the body to catch up.

    3. Mistaking information for capacity

You may be able to name your patterns, understand the theory, and recognise your states with remarkable accuracy—and still find it difficult to remain in your body when the experience is actually happening.

Understanding is valuable, but it is not the same as embodied capacity. Sometimes intellect becomes distance; sometimes insight becomes another form of vigilance.

Lilian returns us to sensory awareness before story: What do I notice in my body right now?

    4. Turning ordinary human feeling into pathology

Grief is not always dysregulation. Anger is not always a problem. Fear is not always old trauma.

Grief may be an appropriate response to loss. Anger may be the body signalling a violation. Fear may be accurate information about the present moment.

The practice is discernment: Does this response belong to now, or does it belong to then? Then, tend to what is actually here.

    5. Trying to do it alone

Nervous system work was never meant to happen in isolation. Human beings regulate in relationship. The presence of another attuned, grounded nervous system can help us hold what feels too heavy to hold alone.  Support from practitioners, mentors, friends, coaches, and community is not a deficiency. It is part of how regulation works.

    The Central Reframe

Lilian returns throughout the episode to one central truth: your body is not a problem to solve. It is a witness to what you have lived through.

When the nervous system is met with curiosity rather than correction, it can begin to soften. Not because it has been forced to change, but because it is finally being understood.

Regulation is not stillness. It is movement. A regulated person is not someone who never becomes activated; they are someone who can move through their states and find their way back.

    Guided Orienting Practice

Lilian closes with a simple orienting practice:

    • If it feels safe, allow your eyes to move slowly around the room.
    • Notice one neutral or pleasant thing: a colour, shape, texture, or source of light.
    • Let your attention rest there for a few moments.
    • Notice what changes in your body, if anything.

If the practice feels like too much, stop and open your eyes fully. That is not failure. It is communication from your system—and an invitation to listen.

  • 46: Stay In The Fire 🔥 Without Burn

    Intention for today's episode:-

This episode explores the quiet, often uncomfortable space between saying yes to a bigger life and seeing external evidence arrive. Lillian shares why the nervous system can mistake expansion for danger and why the urge to overwork, prove, explain, soften, or change direction may be protection rather than true guidance.

This is wealth work beyond making more money. It is about becoming safe enough to receive more visibility, leadership, love, support, and wealth without abandoning yourself.

Through grounding, reflective inquiry, and embodied declarations, you are invited to hold the line with love, trust yourself in the in-between, and remain whole in the fire of becoming.

  • 45: Journey Through Light Language and Light Code Creation as Remembering

    Session Summary

    • Lilian opens with a personal story from a private light language workshop, sharing a client’s experience of wanting to draw but finding that her hand was already moving before she consciously knew what to do.
    • The central message is that light language is not learned in the conventional sense but remembered from within. Lillian frames it as an embodied reactivation of something ancient, familiar, and already present in the client.
    • She emphasises that the episode is not a tutorial or explanation, but a transmission meant to give listeners the felt texture of what happens in the room, in the body, and in the days afterward.

    The Role of the Container

    • Lilian repeatedly stresses that the container matters more than the content.
    • She says she shared the client story only with consent, highlighting the ethical importance of permission and blessing in private work.
    • She describes the opening of the session as sacred space: grounding, centering, arriving, and giving the body somewhere to land before any activation begins.
    • The body’s initial scanning for safety is treated as intelligence, not resistance or failure.
    • She notes that “the container itself is the work,” and that the depth of the opening determines how deep the session can go.

    Clearing as Frequency Realignment

    • Lilian defines clearing as bringing awareness and light to what has become bent, distorted, or outdated in the field.
    • She rejects dramatic or purely spiritualised definitions of clearing and instead describes it as returning the system to its natural state of harmony.
    • She links clearing to inherited loyalty, family line patterns, and costly protective structures that once served a purpose but are now expensive to maintain.
    • She gives examples of clearing being felt in the throat and womb space, including humming, singing, and the reclaiming of one’s voice.
    • She describes the aftermath of clearing as quieter thoughts, stabilized emotions, increased vitality, and renewed creativity.

    Client Experience and Bodily Signs

    • Lilian lists common bodily markers during activation: tingling, heat, swaying, movement in the hands or body, tears without story, colors behind the eyes, symbols, and downloads.
    • She frames these responses as evidence that the work bypasses the analytical mind and speaks directly to the soul.
    • She says the client did not need to understand the experience in order for healing to begin.
    • The session is described as restoring bioenergetic conductivity so the person’s natural signal can come through without interference.

Light Code Creation and Post-Session Integration

    • Lilian explains that light code creation is intuitive and unfolds when the need to control and understand is surrendered.
    • The hand moves, symbols appear, and meaning may arrive later—sometimes immediately, sometimes days, weeks, months, or even a year later.
    • She says the client continued decoding after the workshop and that the activation did not end when the container closed; it had only just been permitted to begin.
    • She invites listeners to see this as evidence of the body and soul knowing more than the conscious mind can initially access.

    Private Work vs Group Work

    • Lilian distinguishes between private and group work and says the choice depends on what is ready and what the intention is.
    • In private work, the session can move very quickly and deeply into personal material, relationship patterns, ancestral trauma, giftedness, childhood wounds, divorce, diagnosis, business endings, or calling.
    • She says intimacy allows her to sense and adjust in real time based on what the client’s field is communicating.
    • In group work, she describes a collective field where the room functions as one organism rather than a collection of separate people.
    • She says group activation amplifies what is possible, often allowing people to receive similar symbols, visions, or themes without speaking to one another.
    • She notes that no one wants to leave after long sessions, sometimes lasting 3 or 4 hours, because the field creates belonging, family, and soul recognition.

    Witnessing, Permission, and Soul Family

    • Lilian says that one woman’s willingness to speak or express her light language gives permission to everyone else in the room.
    • She presents witnessing as medicine and describes permission as contagious.
    • She frames the group as a soul family environment where belonging and recognition arise naturally.
    • She says these bonds outlast the session and are not merely poetic language but a description of what happens in the field.

    Practitioner Responsibility and Personal Devotion

    • Lilian clarifies that her role is not to heal people directly, but to create the conditions in which healing naturally occurs.
    • She says a practitioner must continue her own inner work or she becomes “noise in the field,” regardless of technique.
    • She describes her own practice development under Jane George in Guardians of the Code.
    • In 2022, when her light language was activated, she devoted about 2 hours every morning to light code drawing in a green field, using music, movement, voice, and embodied communion with the codes.
    • She says her current work includes holographic codes and holographic scripting in the air, sent where needed for the mission.
    • The form of the practice has evolved, but the devotion has not.

    Trust, Resistance, and Comparison

    • Lilian says the most powerful lesson is to trust what wants to come through.
    • Sometimes she receives clear guidance about what a client needs; other times she receives nothing, and still the transmission is potent.
    • She treats resistance as information rather than a problem, especially when it appears as frustration or blocked expression.
    • Resistance is presented as a sign that something significant is being approached and needs to be seen before release.
    • She also addresses comparison, saying it is the mind’s last strategy for staying in control.
    • She encourages listeners not to evaluate the work by appearance, sound, or human interpretation, because frequency is not accessed by the ears alone.

    Integration After the Session

    • Lilian says the work does not end when the session ends.
    • She asks clients to build a daily practice of about 5 minutes, such as toning, drawing, humming, or following whatever wants to move through.
    • She compares light language to a muscle that becomes fluent with use and consistency.
    • She says clients often report that their language evolves long after the session, with intuition heightening and their connection between higher self, body, and hands becoming more trustworthy.
    • She describes a ripple effect: relationships shift, some fall away, career paths change, physical symptoms may resolve, purpose may become clearer, and family or colleagues may respond differently.

    Lilian’s Sense of Sacred Responsibility

    • Lilian closes by describing this work as a sacred responsibility and a privilege.
    • She says she only listens when the room needs to open and when a new soul or practice is ready to enter.
    • She frames the work as helping people remember their multidimensionality and access infinite wisdom and feeling.
    • She says the calling was not planned as a career, but it is the calling she could not ignore.
    • She ends by inviting listeners to notice their own respon...

  • 44: Protection Reflex And Flame Leadership

When expansion comes close, do you find yourself pulling back?

In this micro training, Lilian explores the protection reflex: the nervous-system response that can appear as overthinking, busyness, shrinking, rescuing others, or returning to an identity that once felt safer.

This is not a lack of desire. It is the invitation to stay with yourself long enough to notice where you tighten, disappear, or abandon your own path.

You’ll be guided to release what was never yours to carry, reconnect root, heart, and mind, and lead from truth, warmth, and wholeness. Includes a short Flame Leadership activation practice and reflective questions for your next true step.

If protection has been organising your visibility, capacity, identity, or leadership, the Flame Leadership Mission Activation is your next doorway.

  • 43. The Healing Pool Meditation with Sensory Blend

A guided "destress and healing pool meditation" centred on nervous-system release, receiving care, and settling into the body through sensory imagery and breath.

    Core Teaching

The meditation begins by emphasising that the body needs sound before silence, so the listener is invited to turn the tap on full, let the water run fast and loud, and allow something to move through rather than trying to become something else. The central teaching is that this is not about productivity or achievement; it is about letting the body be held and letting change happen by contact, not effort.

    Guided Practice Details

    The listener is instructed to:

    • Set the room, dim or remove the light, and leave the phone in another room.
    • Undress slowly, noticing the reflex to rush or make the practice productive.
    • Step into the water gradually, observing the moment the body stops holding itself up.
    • Let the bubbles close over the shoulders, the hands float, and the jaw soften.
    • Notice how the nervous system registers being physically held.

    Sensory Blend and Symbolism

Four scent notes are named in sequence, each with a distinct effect:

    • Lavender: signals that the threat has passed and helps release lingering bracing.
    • Geranium: balances what has tipped too far and restores center.
    • Clementine: reminds the body that lightness is available and evokes a less burdened state.
    • Patchouli: provides grounding so release does not become dilute or unmoored.

The pool imagery reinforces that the point is not to rise out of life, but to drop back into the body, where life actually happens.

    Care and Receiving

The meditation highlights non-striving care through jojoba oil, aloe vera, and calendula tending to the skin. A key message is that care can happen without effort, gratitude, or reciprocation, and that being tended to while not being useful may feel unfamiliar to the listener.

    Regulation Practice

After resting, the listener is guided to:

    • Avoid visualising, repairing, or planning.
    • Observe thoughts without following them.
    • Move a hand through the water and notice bodily differences.
    • Choose one body area that feels at ease and place attention there for 3 breaths.

This is framed as a way of building regulation through repetition of a felt state rather than through insight alone. The selected sensation becomes a reference point for later moments when bracing returns.

    Closing Transmission

The meditation ends with a spoken infusion phrase and a gentle closing: rise slowly, let the water run off, do not check anything on the way to bed, and remember that what the healing pool did to the nervous system does not empty away. The transmission closes with "good night, dear ones."

  • 42. Shame, Safety, and Sexual Sovereignty

[NOTE: I have created a - 19 page sacred workbook  for the shadow of sexuality: companion to the transmission on Existential Kink, shame, safety, and the door you keep walking past.]

Lilian opens with a vivid dream in which she is bound to a steel bed by masked figures, feels real fear in her body, wakes in distress, and treats the dream as a meaningful transmission rather than something to dismiss or over-analyse. This becomes the entry point for a teaching on the shadow side of sexuality, using Existential Kink by Carolyn Elliott as a reference point.  (The Author has passed away 28 July 2026)

Core Teaching: Pleasure Hidden Inside the Pattern

Lilian explains the book’s central idea: recurring patterns may persist because some part of the psyche is receiving something from them—such as identity, familiarity, protection, or moral superiority. She emphasizes that the conscious mind may be exhausted and fed up, while another layer remains attached to the pattern. Her framing is that healing begins when that hidden enjoyment is brought into conscious awareness with curiosity rather than shame.

    She distinguishes between:

    • mind curiosity, which asks what something means or symbolizes
    • body curiosity, which asks what something wants or desires

Personal Story: Entering the Shop She Avoided

To explore the material in her own body, Lillian describes deliberately going to a luxury boutique, Honey Birdette, in the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney. She admits she walked past the store multiple times because of shame and imagined judgment: what people would think, whether someone she knew would see her, and what it meant that a 45-year-old Asian mother was hesitating at the threshold.

Rather than shaming herself for the hesitation, she speaks to the “little girl” part of herself with authority and tenderness, taking the seat of the director and telling herself she is allowed to explore. She identifies the real threshold as not the dream itself, but the shame around the door.

    Safety, Consent, and Conscious Kink

Inside the store, Lillian is warmly met by a saleswoman who invites her to explore freely. This experience becomes a realization that conscious kink and safety are inseparable: intensity is only possible when consent and containment are absolute. She states clearly that without safety, it is not kink but harm.

She describes feeling sexy, young, intimate with herself, magnetic, radiant, and playful once safety is present. She argues that the hidden, hiding part of a woman is not weakness but radiance that went underground because radiance was once unsafe.

Relationship and Intimacy as a Doorway

Lillian shares that she FaceTimed her lover from the fitting room and that the exploration became mutual revelation. What opened was not just sexual curiosity but a deeper intimacy issue: a fear not of sex, but of being seen while being wanted. She says this fear is common in marriages and relationships, and that the experience helped uncover healing around sacred sexuality, feminine lineage, and bodily awakening.

She describes 2023 as a deep healing year that included:

    • sacred sexuality healing
    • past-life material clearing through the body
    • feminine lineage healing
    • root and sacral opening
    • cervical awakening
    • whole-body orgasm and energetic intimacy

She also shares that she asked her lover, who has studied tantra since age 19, to mentor her, framing this surrender as a major gate for a woman who had built everything through her own authority.

    Distinguishing Sovereign Work From Distortion

Lillian says she entered BDSM not to perform it but to clear distortions attached to it. She frames distorted sexuality as sexuality severed from consent, safety, reverence, and the heart. The actual work, she says, is not about rope or technique, but about the place where power and surrender meet and whether that place has been made sacred or dangerous.

The dream and the waking exploration are contrasted as opposite architectures:

    • in the dream, she is bound without consent and cannot speak
    • in waking life, she chooses, speaks, and is met

For her, that difference is sovereignty.

    Important Cautions About Shadow Work

Lillian gives explicit cautions about using Existential Kink and similar shadow frameworks. She says the idea can be liberating when applied to patterns within one’s agency, such as procrastination, financial ceilings, unavailable partners, or making oneself small.

However, she warns strongly that extending the same logic to abuse, assault, illness, poverty, or racism can become harmful and violent. She states:

    • nobody’s shadow is equivalent to their violation
    • if someone was harmed, they did not want it
    • no framework should send a person looking for hidden pleasure in their own violation

She also warns that frameworks which cannot be wrong should be treated carefully. If someone is in acute stress, distress, or unprocessed trauma, she advises against doing this work alone and recommends a therapist, practitioner, mentor, or another safely held container.

    Practical Takeaways and Directives

Lilian closes by naming several core teachings:

    • The dream is not a symbol to decode; it is a door.
    • Shame often lives at the threshold, not in the desire itself.
    • The “good girl” part should be thanked, not fought.
    • Safety is not the opposite of intensity; safety is what makes intensity holy.
    • A sexual block is often really an intimacy block: fear of being seen while being wanted.
    • A useful question is not “What am I secretly enjoying?” but “What have I made forbidden, and who did I have to become to keep it that way?”

She encourages listeners to return to whatever threshold they already know, the one they avoided in the first moments of hearing the episode, and to remember: they are adults and are allowed to explore.

  • 41. Identity Is Built By Action

    ABOUT THIS PODCAST

    Intention for today's episode:-

The nervous system does not rewire from plans, research, visualization, or talking about change. It responds to what is repeatedly done or not done. Each time someone says they will do something and does not, it creates a quiet withdrawal from self-trust. Each time they follow through, especially in small, unseen ways, they make a deposit into self-trust. Identity and Self-Trust Lillian frames self-trust as something structural and cumulative. Confidence is described as a result of repeated follow-through, not performative positivity. Identity is presented as the residual outcome of enough repetition that the brain no longer argues with the evidence. A person does not become someone new by declaring it once; they become it by repeatedly showing up as that person until the pattern becomes believable to the nervous system.

  • 40. The Awareness Trap: When Understanding Becomes a Hiding Place

    Intention for today's episode:-

Lillian presents a message on the pitfalls of self-awareness, emphasising a widespread issue: becoming acutely self-aware of personal patterns and struggles without translating that understanding into actual change. She explains that:

    • Merely understanding your triggers, history, and patterns can feel like growth, but it often results in remaining stuck.
    • Awareness without embodied action is a trap, allowing people to rationalize why they are not changing.
    • Genuine transformation requires bridging the gap between intellectual understanding and physical embodiment—moving from "knowing" to "doing."
    • The real work involves engaging the body and nervous system, not just the mind, to enact change and make “becoming” safe at the somatic level.
    • Lillian invites listeners who recognize themselves in this dynamic to join her at Sacred Heart Valley the coming weekend (July 25–26, 2026) for a live conversation focused on embodiment and transformation, encouraging them to bring persistent questions for discussion.

  • 39: Level Up Fast Through Nervous System Transformation

    entrepreneur ABOUT THIS PODCAST

    Dear One,

You are entering a space where the highest and purest frequency is transmitted not only through words, but through what can be sensed and felt. This is not simply something to read.  It is to experience. Each word carries an encoded essence, designed to gently touch the somatic field within you and awaken deeper self-awareness.

Here you will receive real-time insights and teachings, hear the deeper journey behind the book, and explore wisdom around the nervous system, somatic physiology, generational wealth, multi-generational repair and restoration and feminine leadership. This space is an invitation to uncover your own path to sovereignty while being held within a community of like-minded women walking a similar path.

    Intention for today's episode:-

Core premise: Real "level up" isn't gradual improvement you can see coming — it's a fast, often unrecognizable shift that happens at the nervous system level, not the mindset level. People say "I barely recognized you" because something in the default mode network (the brain's baseline "identity autopilot") actually updated, not because habits or goals changed.

Why most change attempts fail: Swapping routines, goals, or behaviors is surface-level. If the default mode network itself doesn't update, the nervous system keeps referencing the old "road," and you regress to baseline — the classic New Year's resolution pattern.

The four requirements for identity to actually change:

    1. Repetition + safety — repetition alone (affirmations, journaling, workouts) isn't enough without the body feeling safe.
    2. Emotional significance — the moment has to register as meaningful without tipping into dysregulation.
    3. Embodied experience — showing up as the new identity when it's actually tested, not just performing it when it's easy.
    4. Congruent behavior over time — consistency that matches, sustained, not just a one-off "congruent moment" followed by checking for results.

Miss any of these four and the nervous system "rejects the update," similar to a failed software update.

Roadblocks aren't failure — exhaustion, doubt, or "I don't know who I am anymore" are signs the nervous system is protecting coherence because the pace of external change is outrunning internal integration. It's incomplete integration, not a discipline problem.

Identity is context-dependent — old identities resurface around old environments (family, old friends) because the nervous system pattern-matches context, like tuning back into a familiar radio station.

Why fast change needs separation — a "sacred pause" or hermit-mode period away from old environments prevents interference between old and new "frequencies." Mentorship or close co-regulation (working closely with someone else) can accelerate this, though it makes returning to old environments feel jarring.

Integration is vulnerable — this is where virtues like sovereignty, devotion, commitment, compassion, and forgiveness matter, since old reference points (relationships, environment, habits) may fall away as the new identity settles in.

What makes it stick: Safety, repetition without threat, and removal of old reference points — until the new identity becomes the default rather than something effortful. Crucially: embodiment beats performance. "Acting as if" doesn't update the default mode network; only genuine internal honesty does.

Closing message: You don't need to convince anyone you've changed. If people don't recognize you, that's proof it's real.

About SOVEREIGN FREQUENCY

From the publisher's feed

You are entering a space where the highest and purest frequency is transmitted not only through words, but through what can be sensed and felt. This is not simply something to read. It is to experience. Each word carries an encoded essence, designed to gently touch the somatic field within you and awaken deeper self-awareness.
