When we sin we are like the scoffers who wanted Christ killed and the world to be their King. But when we repent of sin and worship the King who died for us, we experience the depth of our Father's love.

For this reason Christ came into the world: to bear our curse upon the cross so that we could believe in Him as our King.

Jesus is everything we are not and need, so we cast ourselves on his mercy in our failings.

We need Christ's Spirit to accomplish Christ's mission for Christ's glory.

The triune God unites us to himself to sustain our faith and empower our witness.
