5th Bible Study - On The Life Of Joseph. Text - Genesis 39-1-6. --Prosperity preachers would have you think that The Lord is only with you when things go well. Not true- The Lord was with Joseph in good times - in dark providences - severe trials. --I hope this message is a comfort - consolation for Gods people who love The Lord - by faith do that which is right - yet undergo dark providences - for a higher divine purpose. Typically, like Joseph believers dark trials are ordained for the spiritual blessing of others.

Part 4 of Bible Study - on The Life of Joseph. --The contrast between the altogether lovely obedient Christ-like beloved son Joseph - radically shifts in Genesis 38 - to the altogether depraved rebellious son Judah. --The one -Joseph- walked by faith in Gods covenant promise-s-, the other -Judah- walked by site in carnality - worldliness. --The contrast between the two could not be greater- However, God in His sovereign grace - providence to depraved sinners breaks through - overcomes wickedness amidst it all to make both Judah - Tamar - trophies of God's grace-
