Welcome to another episode of the Digital Nomad Mom Podcast and today your host Julia Jerg is joined by an interesting guest Diana Árbol. They talk about an important Japanese concept called Ikigai. 

Diana starts off by explaining a bit of her personal background and explains the concept to the viewer. Julia asks a bit more about the origins of the concept and how to connect it to the digital nomad lifestyle. Diana also shares her own Ikigai. 

Julia and Diana both continue to talk about intuition and how many people have to learn to use it properly. Diana starts to explain how to properly determine your Ikigai and how it helps to make peace with the past to be a more authentic self and Julia continues to be curious about how to upkeep such a way of life on an everyday basis. Julia and Diana both agree that in order to change something in your life you need to take action and how it is a process instead of a solid destination. 

Julia asks for some helpful tips to reach your Ikigai on your own and Diana shares the top tips that helped her initially and continues to share her story about intuition. Julia and Diana end the episode on what is the positive price of being more intuitive and listening to your inner self.

Michėle and Julia both talk about the importance of finding your audience and consistency. Julia concludes the episode by talking more about levelling your Instagram game and shares final thoughts with Michėle.
