Detox is not just for the body, it’s also for the mind.

In today’s episode, I will be sharing with you the reason I experienced a full-blown panic attack after being virtually panic free for YEARS. This episode is centered around everything I had learned from taking a step back and looking at the panic attack from a different view.

It’s vulnerable, it’s raw and it’s real.

This experience brought me closer to understanding myself from a deeper perspective. It also serves as an example that being human is just part of the journey. We do not have to be perfect and hide our vulnerabilities in fear that others will see us as weak. It takes great strength to show your human side and as a woman of my word, that’s exactly what I choose to do.

My hope is that if you deal with anxiety or panic that you will be able to take something away from the lessons I share with you in this episode and apply them to your own life.
