A Study in Romans (Deep End) Episode Ten - God sovereignty is arguably one of the hardest things about him for us to accept. Why is this the case? Because I am limited by time and limited by my mind. Meaning I die and I don't know everything. God doesn't struggle with either of those. He is eternal and knows everything. Because of that it allows him to judge the life of a human being before that human being is even born. The examples we have of this are when he judges Jacob and Esau before they're born. Or when he determines that pharaoh needs to die before hehas lived a full human life.

The way that the Christian can begin to understand this incredible characteristic of God is by asking really healthy questions.

1. What is God doing in the lives of other people to point me to himself?

2.  What do I do with the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus?
