Hello Friends! I am back,  the baby is here and I am so looking forward to being in this space more often.  In this episode I speak about medical freedom specifically around pregnancy and birth and the medicine of choosing between life and death.  I also share some of my free birth story with the new baby who is now 7 months old.  

In this episode I break down what my current state has been...FEAR...and what I have learned from this process.  While my current viewpoint is through the lens of pregnancy and birth, fear is up for all of us right now in varying ways so I hope you find this useful and glean a little bit of wisdom for your journey.
