How to anonymously (or, as anonymously as possible) get Bitcoins:
1. Use a VPN (www.privateinternetaccess.com is actually a VPN that accepts Bitcoins for payment).
2. Get on the internet through TOR (www.torproject.org/download/download).
3. Get a TOR-specific e-mail account (www.tormail.org).
4. Go to www.BitInstant.com and have BitInstant send the Bitcoins that you purchase to your TOR-specific e-mail address.
5. Now go to www.coinapult.com and send your Bitcoins from your TOR-specific e-mail address to any e-mail address where you want your Bitcoins to reside. That’s it!
