    Graveyard Dancer: it's a cover of "oo wow musterious" from Kleeder, made for the battle "Decadent Decade"
    Miko Saved the World: it's an entry for a OHB battle, which asks you to make a whole track in one hour. I ranked poorly but still!

  • 36.0 Echos / Echo #31 - 5am Alarm

    This echo was recorded on my Zoom H5 with XY mic capsule and edited today July 2, 2025.

    5am wake-up call by the crow alarm clock...

    I really like those birds for how smart they are, but the one thing I cannot stand is their loud calls, especially when they wake me up at 5am, which happens quite often when it's the babies period. Indeed, that means more alarm/danger mob calls than usual. And this time was not even the worst.

    Also, apologies for the annoying little handling noises. The Zoom H5 is so sensitive, even when I use a little tripod as a handle (it's absolutely impossible to record while holding it directly in your hand). And when it's 5am and you're half asleep, hands are anything but stable.

    J'aime beaucoup ces oiseaux pour leur intelligence, mais s'il y a bien une chose que je déteste, c'est leurs cris stridents, surtout quand ils me réveillent à 5 h du matin, ce qui arrive assez souvent pendant la période des bébés. En effet, ça signifie plus de cris d'alarme/de danger que d'habitude. Et encore là, ce n'était même pas le pire.

    Aussi, mes excuses pour tous les petits bruits de manipulation très agaçants. Le Zoom H5 est vraiment sensible, même avec un petit trépied en guise de poignée (impossible d'enregistrer en le tenant directement à la main). Et quand il est 5 h du matin et qu'on dort à moitié, les mains sont tout sauf stables.
