      • Warum ich separate Waggons für Flinta-Personen nicht als Lösung erachte gegen Männergewalt im ÖPNV

        Ich verstehe den Impuls, Ideen für gut zu erachten, die scheinbar schnelle Lösungen gegen Gewalt in öffentlichen Räumen bieten.

        Doch leider sind diese zu oft nicht zu Ende gedacht.
        Der rbb berichtet:
        Im Schnitt kommt es im Berliner ÖPNV zu mehr als einem sexuellen Übergriff pro Tag. Die Opfer sind meistens weiblich. Eine aktuelle Petition bringt nun erneut eigene Abteile für nicht-männliche Personen ins Spiel - und stößt auf große Resonanz.

        Bei einer Petition für die Einrichtung von speziellen Abteilen für Flinta-Personen in Berlins öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind innerhalb weniger Tage mehr als 15.000 Unterschriften zusammen gekommen. Flinta steht für Frauen, Lesben, Inter, Nonbinär, Trans und Agender.

        In Extra-Bereichen in U-Bahnen, Trams und Bussen sollen sie vor männlichen Übergriffen geschützt sein, heißt es in dem Unterschriftenaufruf, der vor gut einer Woche gestartet ist. Die Abteile könnten demnach etwa in den hinteren Bereichen der Fahrzeuge eingerichtet werden, "dort, wo oft übergriffige Männer sitzen". Lilafarbene Sitze könnten deutlich machen, dass dort ein Schutzraum für Flinta-Personen bestehe.

        Doch was ist, wenn Flinta aussteigen?

        Was ist mit Haltestellen und Bahnhöfen?
        Es braucht mehr freundliches Personal, rigide Kontrollen und Bestrafung.
        Alles andere ist nur Makulatur und verlagert das Problem mal wieder auf die Betroffenen.
