SP guest co-presents Through the Night with Dutton (as Simon Jubb from Stalybridge) on BBC Radio 5 Live in (((STEREO))). More worldwide requests, wind-ups, comedy from Monty Python and tunes of all genres and ages. Elton at the Queen's Platinum (70th) Jubilee on the walls of Buckingham Palace. Beswick on the BBC, technology and whether DIGITAL is as good as it is built up to be ? Why are we going backwards from HD to SD and stereo to mono and why do mobile phones fail when analogue landlines which are going by 2025 are much more reliable with BETTER sound quality and cheaper as the copper cables are quite reliable.
PODCAST UPDATED TO INCLUDE A TRIBUTE TO QUEEN ELIZABETH II who died at 3:10pm on Thursday the 8th of September 2022, with her Funeral Sevice Service at Westminster Abbey at 11:00am on Monday the 19th of September 2022. The first Hymn was :-

The day thou gavest, Lord, is ended,
the darkness falls at thy behest;
to thee our morning hymns ascended,
thy praise shall sanctify our rest.
We thank thee that thy Church unsleeping,
while earth rolls onward into light,
through all the world her watch is keeping,
and rests not now by day or night.
As o’er each continent and island
the dawn leads on another day,
the voice of prayer is never silent,
nor dies the strain of praise away.
The sun that bids us rest is waking
our brethren ’neath the western sky,
and hour by hour fresh lips are making
thy wondrous doings heard on high.
So be it, Lord; thy throne shall never,
like earth’s proud empires, pass away;
thy kingdom stands, and grows for ever,
till all thy creatures own thy sway.
