Steve sits down with SandPeak agent and Ridgewood High classmate Dyan Hudson and talk about a little real estate, going to school together and family life. We learn about Dyan living in a house full of boys, her days as a teacher and she flips the script and interviews Steve for a bit.

Steve meets with recent client Sergio Franciamore. Sergio owns Unlimited Bottled Water llc and is an office coffee supplier. They talk a little bit about his business, growing up in New York and selling his house. Steve learns some tragic stories about mob life, Sergio not getting caught up in it and what happed to some people that did.

Steve meets with SandPeak agent Betty Crisman. They talk about Betty’s childhood in Pennsylvania and growing up around a bunch of boys in a small country town and talk about a little real estate, massages, and golf.

Steve gets to know SandPeak agent Marisol Navas. Steve learns about Marisol’s childhood and moving from Puerto Rico at a young age, learning a new language and transitioning into an American school setting. We find out Marisol is a very accomplished individual and loves spending time giving back as a nursing professor.

Too far Steve has a fun conversation with his son Tyler Luikart. Tyler is a 14 year old animal enthusiast, he is autistic and has a huge knowledge base about the Tasmanian Tiger (Thylacine). Tyler explains why he feels there’s a good chance the thought to be extinct Tasmanian Tiger may still be in existence.

Steve introduces SandPeak agent Karen Roth and learns about growing up in a religious household in a small town in Illinois, married life with two boys, and her recent vacation.
