Space for Friends is a place for many different topics, including sometimes unpleasant ones such as the results of the recent election in Germany. But as always, we approach it with a search for hope and ways to stay positive. 

This also sparks and branches off into conversations about dealing with intrusive thoughts and dealing with rude and disrespectful people.
 
We also delve into more personal conversations about family dynamics, group chats, boundaries and striving to communicate openly with loved ones. Ending today's episode on a more lighthearted note than it began.
