True Justice was Seagal's failed attempt at a police procedural. Whether it was not understanding how police ranks work, disregarding all evidence and logic when revealing the real killer (it was always Seagal), or hilariously incompetent firearm handling, it always had a charm to it like the smelly kid nobody likes but deep down inside is also a terrible human being.
Then it somehow got a season 2, which I'm convinced was done as a joke or a lost bet, and he managed to Seagal something that was already full Seagal in the first place.
