Krista R. Rodriguez was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas and calls Edinburg home.   From 2004-2007 she attended The University of Texas Pan American on an academic scholarship where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Communication studies.  While attending UTPA, Krista began to coach a nonprofit select travel softball team that she previously played on.  It was not only a passion but a mission to grow the college exposure of young female athletes in the Rio Grande Valley which was underserved and overlooked.  From a player to a coach, she remained with the team until 2021.    A week after college graduation, Krista accepted a position at The Law Offices of Ezequiel Reyna where her journey in the personal injury field began.  A true natural passion for helping those in need made the learning experience enjoyable.  Two and a half years later in 2009, Krista accepted a position at the newly established Law Office of San Juanita R. Billy has been working in Physical Therapy since 2004. As a native of Colorado, he received his bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University in 2006. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine where he graduated with high honors in 2009.

He moved down to New Orleans to complete a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 2011 (FAAOMPT). Through his experience in orthopedics, Billy was able to complete the requirements and examination to become a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy (OCS) in 2016. He is now recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.

Billy is one of the few Physical Therapists in the New Orleans area to have both his OCS and FAAOMPT. Billy also has extensive experience and passion for educating and mentoring students and new therapists. He enjoys integrating this passion into Comprehensive Physical Therapy. In addition, Billy has ranked within the top 3 physical therapists in New Orleans through “Three Best Rated” and has been voted Northshore’s Best Physical Therapist.

Warren A. “Chip” Forstall graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1975 and received his law degree from Loyola University in 1979. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

Chip lives in New Orleans with his wife Dawn Casey Forstall. He has three adult children and is raising his two grandchildren.

Chip has been involved in thousands of cases over his thirty-eight years of practicing law.

Chip was a member of the Southern University Board of Supervisors, where he served as chairman of their Legal Committee and served as chair of the Personnel Committee.
