John is currently an AACE Technical Director and is co-chair of a task force to develop a Decision and Risk Management Professional (DRMP) certification program for AACE. In addition to publishing and presenting many papers and articles, John was editor and lead author of AACE International’s technical foundation text titled the Total Cost Management (TCM) Framework; An Integrated Approach to Portfolio, Program and Project Management.
