Living a healthy lifestyle can be overwhelming, challenging, confusing... You start out strong then fizzle out or you forget why you’re even doing it. That’s what the Health Body Challenge is all about. In the past, I have mentioned not gaining weight or even losing weight between Halloween to New Year’s. This year will be similar as we will be habit stacking week to week BUT I want to the focus to be on areas of life we could all use improvement and feel better:
- Establishing a routine
- Cutting back on snacking or alcohol
- Clothes fitting better
- Brain health
- Improving your quality of sleep
- Reducing aches & pains
