Within this new Podcast, I will speak with a range of individuals, from all backgrounds and discuss lots of different topics! For example, questions like; What is your current life chapter? What life battles have helped shape you, to the person you are today, and also we will discuss, Biggest success as well! We also have a virtual SPARK museum to build together as well…All will make sense in future episodes!

I have always been passionate about conversation, and I love to find out about people's journeys. Currently, I run and facilitate a wellbeing group, at my current workplace, which has been a great success. I want to take that same enthusiasm and inject it into my own project, which is this Podcast!
