Meet Ashley, one of our Year 12 youth! Ashley grew up in a family who attended church regularly. In secret, Ashley harboured a different attitude towards Christianity. A few years ago, Ashley's younger sister encouraged her to start attending youth group again. With the encouragement of Christian community, Ashley reconnected with God. Ashley's favourite bible verse, from Isaiah 41:10, reminds her that God is steadfast even through life's ups and downs.

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

After some persuasion, Robin decides to check out his local youth group against the advice of his parents. Today, Robin's desire is to keep growing his faith in Jesus, despite whatever trials may come.

Meet Erin (Hyunbee), one of our Year 11 youth, who serves on our Ignite team as a junior youth leader.

Recently, Erin decided to get baptised and publicly entrust her life to Jesus. In this testimony, Erin shares how her faith in Christ hasn't always been easy. However, through the help of older Christians including her mum and her youth minister, Erin came to realise that Jesus' offer of salvation is so sure and certain that no trial can ever take away.

Youth Testimonies - Episode 1 - Toby

Meet Toby, one of our Year 10 youth! Toby grew up attending church, but it wasn't until recently that the message of Ephesians 2:8-9 hit home. Because of God's grace to us through Jesus, Toby understands that there is forgiveness for our wrongdoings. Recently, Toby decided to become baptised so that he could share the hope Jesus with others.

In this video Isaac Lee in year 9 who shares about how helpful he found the Leaders in Training conference earlier this year. He also shares his excitement about one of his friends, who he invited to Ignite from a non-Christian background who is getting baptized alongside him in two weeks.
