Originally from Los Angeles, having worked with several political campaigns and civil rights organizations, Javier was introduced to Walmart by a friend looking for others in this field. Now, ten years later, Javier has found himself in the center of literally helping make the world a better place through Walmart.

"Don't be afraid to ask your boss or others for help... there are many educational opportunities out there to further your development and growth." The real question now is, which one are you? Are you one needing more growth or are you in a leadership position and need to start mentoring and helping others grow? Javier is a great example of what it looks like to follow your life passion and being able to do it all from inside Walmart!
