We are kicking off this new season of Speak Out with an episode about the Ateneo Special Education Society's flagship project, SPEED Week. SPEED Week is beginning on November 21, 2022, and this is your chance to learn all things about the project. We invited the project heads, Anya Habana and Czarina de Marcaida, to share what they have in store for us this year. SPEED Week will have a mix of onsite and online activities that you would definitely not want to miss.

Healthcare is a right for every single person on this planet. Everyone and anyone deserves to have the access to quality care, no matter who they may be. What does the healthcare system look like in our country? More specifically, how does it look like for the disabled sectors in our society?

Dr. Albert B. De Leon, MD, an adviser of Handicapables Association of Tuguegarao City (HATC) and a medical director of Dr. Domingo S. De Leon General Hospital, has joined this week’s episode to discuss all about healthcare for persons with disabilities.

Growing up is not easy, especially when our bodies go though a lot during puberty. But, how does puberty affect persons with disabilities?

Immerse yourself from the moment they first met in an Atria Training Center, to a surprise proposal on a park bench in the middle of Dagupan City.   

Love may be blind, but maybe that makes it all the more purer.

For this fourth and final episode of Speak Out 2021, Andrew Pe and Rachel Peralta have been invited to share their insights and experiences on the accessibility of public services as PWDs, as well as other current related issues surrounding the topic.
