On this journey we are working on being happy, healthy, whole, and healed. The journey has to have a firm foundation. Mine? My spiritual journey is the foundation of the healing journey. Loving God allows me to be tethered to someone that’s bigger and stronger than me, but loving and soft to keep me feeling loved. This is the foundation. We will go deeper into faith as we continue to heal what’s hurt, and fix what’s broken. ❤️
