Welcome Student of the Un1verse,

to another Episode of Speak your Truth. This time I got super inspired by a past conversation with a friend of mine, in which we were talking about self acceptance and our own personal experience with it. So I decided to jump on that topic again, to give you a deeper insight on my personal journey and perspective on it. I believe that the reason for this tremendous imbalance within ourselves, comes from the imbalance within our society. The way we've been raised up, tells us how we should be and how we shouldn't. It tells us which side of us gets loved and accepted and which doesn't - it doesn't accept us as a whole. 

Breaking free from those limiting beliefs about yourself, means to see that there is nothing wrong with you. It's all about accepting yourself the way you are, living the full spectrum of our human experience. So instead of leaning into one extreme, it's about finding the balance in between to see that one side is not better than the other. Every single side of you is equally important and makes you to the wonderful person you are right now in this moment.

I am sharing some methods from my personal experience which helped me to step out of my limiting beliefs, to see where those are coming from and to reprogram the software they were running on. It takes some time and courage to actually dive deeper and unravel what's there, to see the truth about yourself which is that you're whole & complete since day one.
