to another amazing Episode of Speak Your Truth with the amazing Breathwork Facilitator and Content Creator - Casey Budd. I came across her social media a few weeks ago, talking about the importance of the breath. With my background in the fitness industry, I always thought about the way I move and eat but never the way I breath. I realise more and more that breath is life and since than I got super hooked by exploring & playing with my breath, to rebuild my breathing patterns. Casey and I had such an amazing and funny conversation about the way we breath, the importance of the breath and what breathing is really about. 

She also guided me through a breathwork session which was mind blowing! I highly recommend to do the session by your own, so make sure to listen to the whole episode. This conversation again reminded me about how powerful we really are, and that what we've been told is a limitation of the true potential we carry within ourselves.
