to a mind blowing interview with how I like to call him the "movement magician" - Carlos Tao. I am following Carlos for quite a while now and his way of teaching movement is unique and fascinated me since I started following him. His perspective on movement blew my mind many times during our conversation and to be honest it's hard to actually summarise our conversation. We talked about movement, the magic behind it and his own personal view on yoga. Besides that we talked about enlightenment, spiritual development and answered some questions we received from his followers.
