Speak Your Truth

At 48 I finally decided to work on my anger and my childhood abandonment wounds . I shed many tears and finally felt the feelings instead of burying them . Through my spiritual awakening I learned forgiveness of myself and others is the way to true freedom , joy and happiness .

A limiting belief is a belief or false accusation you make about yourself.

Tuning into fear keeps us small . Instead let’s shed light on our fear and limiting beliefs and let them go . Let’s tune into success and helping others instead of fear .

When we are thankful for all the wonderful blessings in our life we vibrate in Gratitude.

We can choose to see a situation through the lens of negativity which in turn lowers our vibration . Or we can choose to see a situation through the lens of positivity and gratefulness which raises our vibration . The choice ultimately is yours .

Personal development can lead to achieving your life long dreams or goals . With time commitment and effort anything is possible.
