Rhode Island Speaker of the House Joe Shekarchi joins the show hours after the Ethics Commission dismissed a GOP-initiated complaint against him pertaining to his vote for a seven-year-old bill that would legalize weddings on large farms.  The complaint alleged that Shekarchi was compromised by his professional relationship with Gerry Zarrella, who owns a large farm in Exeter, RI and sought to hold weddings.
