Since Tre Blanco aka Edd White spoiled the surprise, the fellas dedicated a whole episode to taking y'all behind the scenes and inside the minds of them trying to rename The Week-Ended Take podcast. Also apparently you can call Austin Brezina whatever you want; so maybe you should hit him up on Twitter (Max10n1) and call him things that aren't his name. 

It's a very meta episode to kick off season 2 of A Mid-Week's Take. 

Back from their holiday break and ready to start season two, the fellas begin where they always seem to find themselves -- trashing Houston sports. Quarterback DeShaun Watson and his team the Houston Texans find themselves at odds due to a dispute over the direction of the organization. The guys break it down from start to finish as they speak on yet another mishap with a Houston sports organization. Then, they celebrate the joy of ex-Senator Karen's ousting from Congress and the WNBA.

Following the end of the Dallas Cowboys season at the hands of the New York Giants, Tre Blanco and Sous Boy Davidson break down and grade nearly every aspect of the Boys disappointing season from coaching staff to position group grades. Then they discuss the Cowboys hiring Dan Quinn to be their defensive coordinator.

After a brief holiday break, Chef Blanco and Suos Boy Davidson return after back-to-back-to-back wins by the Cowboys. The boys forecast if the Cowboys can pull off the playoff berth comeback or fall just short of the second season. Then, Daniel throws ESPN NFL analyst Booger McFarland on the grill over his comments concerning Dwayne Haskins' failure in Washington D.C.

Austin Brezina returns with the fellas after a bit of a December break for the whole Week-Ended Take crew. On the season one finale, the guys unwrap a smorgasbord of goodies for you to enjoy on this Christmas week episode. First, they talk about Kyrie Irving's war with the media, his public perception, the NBA's role in the fight, and how the media as a whole handles its responsibility to the players. 

Then, the guys break down their favorite sports moment of the year and their favorite show moment of the year before getting into a secret second topic.
