Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Principal of the Year Minnie Goins from Seawell Elementary School and Assistant Principal of the year Jaimi West from McDougal Middle School both joined 97.9 The Hill’s Andrew Stuckey on Monday, May 15th.
