We often shy away from anger, suppressing or releasing it as sadness. Our anger when express can make others feel uncomfortable and even feel unnatural + forbidden. Anger is loud, it’s bold and it’s wild. It is a vulnerable exchange of energy when both receiving and unleashing it. Locked up anger can leave us feeling unheard and unseen– not fully expressed. Suppressing our connection to our creativity and our connection to the version of us that is aching to be expressed in truth.
