We cover a few subjects, how we met, our long career in speaking, acting, the arts and our love of all things spirit. The topics we explore are friendship, education system and being different! Tara shares some ideas around keeping on the mat, a metaphor for finding our own balance in this turbulent world we live in especially as a Mother.
Tara Ellis is the salt of the earth, she loves a laugh, her warmth is infectious and her generosity of spirit follows her wherever she goes. Having trained at The Academy of Live and recored arts (BA diploma) Over the last twenty years she has had an accomplished career as a professional actress, working on the West end stage, extensively in Tv, East enders, The Bill, Holby city - to name a few, and film - (bit of name dropping) working with David Cronenberg, Raiph Fiennes, Miranda Richardson, Gabriel Birne, yes she is a fancy pants. As a coach working with The Conscious Coach Collective she has delivered training for RS Componants, ITV and Global Media, and BT, supporting people to develop confidence as communicators. Highly read, she’s fascinated by a plethora of subjects as diverse as the advancing awareness of the human condition to the mythology of children’s stories. As a facilitator, she empowers people to spread their own magic in their working lives. She believes we all have a unique story to tell and through performance technique and coaching, her clients can bring originality to their work. She loves a party too, whether that’s with 3 people or 300, in fact for three years running she was the founder creative director for a boutique festival in Brighton, as well as this she has huge experience of working at events, project managing workshops, and entertaining the public.
