Hello dear listeners, I have a special episode for you today. It’s a small tribute to my perfect little Pekingese, Lucca, who passed away on Saturday.

Like many people, I cherished my dog. Lucca was my companion and comfort for over 14 years. I never knew I could love anything as much as I loved her. She was a significant part of my life. Before graduating college, before Second City, before Disney, before marriage, before Seattle, there was Lucca.

I’m excited to share a few funny and sweet stories about her with you.

Thank you for all of the love and support I have received during this time. Thank you for being flexible with the episode style I’m sending out today. I truly appreciate it. I will have a brand new traditional episode for you next week.
