Join us in drinking one of Lydia's new creations a Bridgerton Bee's Knees (in honor of the new season), as we don't really talk about Bridgerton at all but discuss a breakdown of the Oscars, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, what the Oscars gets right and what the Oscars gets wrong. Most importantly WHO is Oscar?
Bridgerton Bee's Knees Recipe: 3 sprigs thyme; 1/2 oz lilac syrup; 1/4 oz honey; 2 oz Empress Gin; 1/2 oz meyer lemon; 3 drops of lavender bitters. Muddle Thyme, mix all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake, and pour into a coup glass. Cheers!
