a special bonus episode featuring a spoken word piece i've written not so long ago drafting up an episode... a feeling came over me and it turned into this. it felt good to say these things. brene brown says 'shame cannot survive being spoken about and being met with empathy' and i'm so ready to find myself in the stories. 'shame depends on /me/ buying into the belief that i am alone'... and i have been doing that for a long, long time.. but i'm not alone and neither are you.
